| Submission Information for Authors |
Authors uploading the final version of the manuscript after the paper has been accepted must go the Preparation of the final manuscript page.
The prospective Author should be familiar with the General Information for Authors. Only electronic submission is available.
The Author should prepare a single file in postscript or pdf format (pdf preferred), with the complete contribution (Authors list, full addresses, title, abstract, article, references and figures).
Authors are required to submit all manuscripts in IEEE two column format. Submissions must be no more than 5 pages in length. Authors are encouraged to use Style from IEEE available for Microsoft Word or LaTex documents. All figures, tables and equations must be entirely legible and of high quality. Authors should refrain from using colored lines and fonts that do not print clearly on black-and-white printers. Submissions not following this guideline will be returned without review.
Submissions are done using an interactive form. If you run into a problem, please contact the Editorial Office.
Once you SUBMIT the paper and it is ACKNOWLEDGED by the Editor, you will NO LONGER be allowed to upload a revised version. Please make sure what you are uploading is ABSOLUTELY the FINAL version that you want uploaded.
Note on word processing. It is advisable to use standard fonts to make the file printable on different printers. Do not format the paper for double-sided printers. Preferred word processing systems are latex and word.
